12. Your Customs clearance and inland transportation.

Packaging and Shipping:

1. We use 5 layers high quality corrugated cartons for packaging.

2. We will print mark (cartons 50+), will stick mark on outside carton

3. The weight per carton is no more than 18kg

4. We will pallet cartons in case of any damage on delivery.

5. For delivery terms, you can choose EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP. Most customer prefer FOB.

6. Delivery method: By air, by sea, by train

1. What is your MOQ?

    For stocked dice: 500pcs/color

    For customized dice: our MOQ is 50000pcs/color

2. Will you provide samples?

    For stocked dice: we provide samples for free, but we usually don’t afford courier freight.

    For customized dice: there would be a mold fee, we make mold first, then provide the samples.

3. What’s your sample time and lead time?

    For stocked dice: the sample and courier time is in one week, the lead time is 7week plus delivery time.

    For customized dice: the sample time is 15days, the lead time is 30days plus delivery time.

4. Can I only buy chips for my game?

    Of course, you can. Even we are not the dice factory, but our cooperator gives us best prices and we provide quality guarantee. It’s worry-free.

5. What’s your payment terms?

    We payment terms is 50% TT, 100% mold fee.
